Payment and Fee Policy
 
 No Refunds on Finalized Deals
 
Our fee (the 5% commission) is compensation for the professional negotiation, vetting, paperwork, and load coordination services rendered by Lion Eye Logistics to secure a lucrative deal on behalf of the Carrier.
Once a rate confirmation has been accepted by the Carrier and the load is officially booked and dispatched, the deal is considered finalized.

Therefore, all commission fees associated with finalized and booked loads are non-refundable, regardless of subsequent operational changes, cancellations, or refusal to haul by the Carrier. Our commitment is to secure the load; the fee is earned upon that commitment being secured and confirmed.
